Up date about my debt collections I paid

I paid my debt now.. I spoke to my agent last week and told him and I forgot to ask a couple things. I do have a few questions to you tax experts out there. Dont worry I will ask him too next week but he is so hard to get a hold of especially because I am in a ware house with no cell most days.

1. The first garnishment is not posted in my CRA account but it has been taken from my pay. It has been 2 weeks though?

2. How do I get them to stop the garnishment now?

3. Will they send me the extra amount back taken off if there is any. I think there is?
