Sony A7R V or wait for new Nikon z7iii

I'm looking for a new landscape camera now that my Nikon d750 is 8 years old. So far all my cameras have been Nikon. But in recent years I notice that many people are replacing them with Sonys. Could you give an opinion especially if there are people switched from Nikon. Is it easy to get used to the menus on the Sony.
