Is there a way to confirm that I have received items?

I have a couple orders that i received weeks ago and they still show as “in progress”. It’s not the end of the world, it just is annoying when i’m trying to see the status of current orders and the completed ones are showing in the same category. I’ve asked depop support, but they were no help.
