Anybody know if MediaMarkt in Hamburg or Bremen offer tax free shopping for travellers from non-EU country?

My brother is visiting from Singapore and would like to know if possible to shop tax free in MediaMarkt - he’s very much into gears 😅 Thank you 🙏
