Hello

Just wondering if this signs of thyroid issues

• throat sore / pressure / tight neck
• can not regulate body temperature
• so cold my feet and hands go numbs
• exhausted
• blurry vision
• dizzy
• upper abdomen pain
• brain fog / cognitive impairment
