Ps5/Ps4/xbox Players all need to submit a ticket if this is happening to you also! (UGC Fest issue)

So everytime i try and log into the user created maps i get this error screen:

Warning The network connection to mod.io service has been lost.

If it matters to anyone i am on the west coast. And i am 100% sure my internet is not the issue. I am hard wired with a ethernet cord and i have 2.5 gig upload/download fiber internet. If you have this issue, or another issue then please send in a ticket so they address whatever issue is happening right now!

When you put in a ticket it was say "Requester", this means your email.
