Advice for a PC build

I want to clear a few things out of the way for a PC i want to build, please share your thoughts would appreciate it alot.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G

Mobo: MSI PRO B550M-VC (Wi-Fi) MircoATX or MSI B550M PRO-VDH (WIFI)

RAM: Silicon Power Gaming 16GB (8x2) DDR4 3200MHz

PSU: MSI MAG A550BN 550W 80+ Bronze

SSD: Kingston NV3 1TB M.2 SSD

The psu is 550W and I want to install a 6700XT gpu and upgrade to a better ryzen chip in the future, should i go with this psu or take one with a higher wattage so i dont have to replace the psu in the future

Secondly the light goes out in my area without warning what should i buy so that the PC doesnt get damaged from the sudden power loss

Also i have selected 2 mobos please tell me which one will be better (i have read that the VDH one has issues)
