What happens to your body when you take a stimulant like Adderall and you are extremely dehydrated?

So yesterday I worked and I've been having a problem with excessive sweating to the point that it's been extremely dehydrating me. I'm going to the doctor next week about it. But it has been causing an issue with making my Adderall not work correctly when I take it. So I don't take it when I have to work because it either makes things worse or it doesn't work correctly.

So yesterday afternoon after I got off work I'd like enough water that I didn't feel bad anymore from sweating and I took my adderall. Well apparently I was still extremely dehydrated and I didn't know it. When the Adderall kicked in it immediately threw me into a panic attack that I was fighting off for about 2 hours. I tried to lay down and go to sleep and I just could not do it. It kept getting worse and worse and I started having a panic attack loving half asleep. I ended up going to the hospital and about the time I got to the hospital the Adderall actually wore off thank god. Instead of lasting 5 hours or 6 hours like normal it only lasted about 2 hours probably because I was so dehydrated.

At this point I felt like holy hell. My body ate and I just felt like hell. At this point I could definitely tell that I was dehydrated. I get into the hospital they gave me a bag of IV fluids I feel significantly better and I leave. I go to sleep that night and I get up the next day for work and I do not go to work because I feel like hell again. My body hurts so bad and I just feel extremely dehydrated. Even after the IV fluids. Which by the way I drink about 17 bottles of water the day prior trying to keep up with the sweating.

Anyway I'm wondering why the Adderall cost me to have a panic attack? What does Adderall do to your body if you're extremely dehydrated? Clearly it does not work because I've had a couple of different days where it just literally did nothing at all when I took it because I was so dehydrated. Yesterday it actually gave me a full on panic attack that I could not manage to stop until they are all wore off. I am not taking the Adderall anymore until I go to the doctor and get the sweating under control but this is crazy to me. And my body hurts so much and I feel so bad today and it's like I'm trying to get back to normal. I think part of the reason my body hurts so much is because of the two hour long panic attack yesterday.
