Likely Gastritis/Ulcer

Hello,

Went to the ER for pain in my upper right abdomen and center off and on that kept getting worse, they did ct, ultrasound and everything looked good, they gave me 40 mg of omeprazole, its been 4 days on that and eating potatoes, rice, crackers, about to try boiled chicken, but im feeling almost completely better, still have a bit of bloating and burping. I have a gastroenterologist appointment coming up soon. Does anyone have any advice? does it sound like some mild thing ill heal from in a week or two? Ive had things like this happen in the past without a lot of sensitivity afterwards and gone back to normal had flu like symptoms and a lot of pain in my upper right abdomen my gp doctor thought i had an ibs flare but i never did more tests after feeling better :-/. The pain this time was probably not as bad but more burning and steadily got worse over the last two weeks, and it gave me massive anxiety attacks for some reason. Also just went through a good amount of stress with my dog passing this last weekend and havent been sleeping much ( i smoked quite a bit and have for a while but quit just to be safe)
