just upgraded to 77 LG C4, how to control frame rate?

For some reason TVs with high frame rate make movies look like T shows, and I like to control the frame rate. I just gor the C4 and i do not see any option to control frame rate. am I missing something, or is the frame rate (some TVs used to call it pro motion ) ? Thanks
