Fizzy/tangy burrata

I just ate a considerable amount of burrata with tomatoes not realizing that the tangy fizzy feeling in my mouth was from the cheese….it doesn’t smell bad and I bought it today, exp date is in a few days. Am I doomed to get food poisoning?
