Price to get a PLS in Fort Worth Area

Hello, I am curious what the cost to hire a PLS in Fort Worth would be?

I currently work for a land acquisition firm, and as someone who used to work for a Survey company I kinda miss it. I have been thinking about discussing with my firm on starting our own internal survey team, but in order to do that we would need a PLS.

So Texas RPLS people, what would your price be to move to a firm with no survey experience and getting out into the field and performing some surveys?
