So why did the golden retriever get selected to represent men of a certain energy level?

I mean no disrespect to the golden retriever community, a fine group in all possible ways. And clearly, it’s a distinction given with respect (maybe, I’m not entirely sure). I’m just curious on the etymology of the title itself.

I’ll refrain from painting myself in a corner and equating myself to a specific breed of dog, because who knows? Your Labrador could be my beagle.

All of this demonstrates a general shallowness in terms of dog knowledge, but I do like dogs. I also like movies/documentaries, grilling and writing.

Nothing is sexier and attractive than intelligence and humor, and while I do not use the Oxford comma, I respect its right to exist.

I’m more interested in core values and confidence than physical looks but we should exchange pics early. I have a few on my profile.

I’m romantic and sweet, tall and a daily workout guy. I want emotional connection (and very much enjoy how that leads to physical desire).
