Hard gas bubble in stomach

Does anyone else deal with daily gas trouble? I don’t mean the horrible gas pains we can get but just nagging sensations…

When I lay flat and deep palpate my abdomen I can feel a hard “lump” and when I press on it, it either gurgles and dissipates or moves to a different spot in my intestines and stays there. It’s literally just trapped gas. Passing gas helps but I never do enough to relieve this sensation and I really hate it. It goes beyond just feeling bloated for me. 😣

It just feels like an odd thing and it would make me feel better to know if anyone else experiences this feeling.
