Chandler and Monica were soulmates.

Monica’s relationship history was slightly non-existent, and when she did get guys they used her for her looks or the relationship was very inappropriate.

Chandler was kind of the same way. (I’m considering Kathy an inappropriate relationship.)

It makes a lot of sense to me that Monica would end up with a guy like chandler who is her complete opposite. And chandler with someone like Monica who never judged him for anything as long as he was honest with her and himself.

For example : His downfall of being entertained by sports. It’s no secret he has masculinity insecurities. So once he started dating Monica he could do things like get pedicures, watching the parade, and listen to the Annie soundtrack over and over.

Not to mention Monica literally couldn’t be with anyone who people liked more than her. Ex: Alan. Literally broke up with him for no reason.

She has to be number 1 everywhere including relationships. 😂 And when dating chandler you’d never have to worry about that.
