Were Cariand altered by glintstone?

Now, AFAIK Rennala is not a demigoddess, but whatever she is, she's not human, because the tarnished are explicitly stated to be human, and we see regular humans, so Rennala, with her height and general proportions (how small her head is compared to the resf of her body) dare I say it, she almost looks similar to someone like Messmer or Melania.

So it got me thinking, was it ever stated if the Carian royal family are human? They're abnormally tall, Ranni's original body, burnt as it is, still shows how tall she was, Rellana, Rennala's sister, is also abnornally tall, Radahn is the biggest offender in thsi category, bit you could say bro inherited both his mom and dad's height and became a pseudo-giant.

With how closely connected the Carians are to glintstone, and with how invasive glintstone is as a material (literally grafting itself onto living beings like dragons and plants) is it that out of reach to say that, maybe, since the Carian royal family has long used glintstone sorcery, that they've been altered by it? Causing them to be so tall, sort of how Marika's proximity to the greater will/elden ring made her and her offsprings unnaturally giant?

(I know it's probably a design decision, but humor me)
