How to tell Aunt I can no longer make meetings

I’ve been religiously making my meetings since waking up in 2019/2020 I’m pimi.

I attend with my aunt who also was my Bible teacher.

I can no longer mentally keep faking this. The Wednesday night meeting is something I can’t stomach with the new book written for literal children it is sad and funny to witness mostly sad because it’s 90% adults in my congregation .

I love my aunt more than words can say truly dearly and the meetings give me so much anxiety but I always go with her to suppress her and telling her that I no longer believe would kill her

I hate going to meetings with a passion those people are not my people anymore but I also don’t want to leave my aunt hanging

What are some things you did or excuses to keep you from going to the meetings
