Trying to find a way to watch this specific film.

Hi there, recently I became a fan of Natalie Hsu after seeing two of her films at the New York Asian Film Festival. I want to watch an older film of hers, "Fly Me to the Moon," which came out in HK last April, but it's not streaming in the US and the copy I downloaded doesn't have English subtitles. Does anyone know where I can watch this, maybe it's a site I can access via VPN. I know the HK version of Apple TV has it but I can't access that because they need billing info specific to HK for me to sub.
