Summary of Key Findings – Republic Wealth Office Report on the ESUA Bill:

1.	Unrealistic Compliance Timeline
The bill demands full business compliance within one standard year—an unfeasible timeframe, especially for intergalactic corporations. Realistic adaptation would require decades.

2.	Prohibitive Reporting Costs
Mandated ethical impact reports, training, and compliance infrastructure would cost millions annually for large enterprises, diverting resources from growth and innovation.

3.	Severe Penalties Create Risk Aversion
With fines of up to $5 million per violation, even small infractions carry existential risk for businesses, discouraging expansion and hiring.

4.	Business Confidence Collapse
Uncertainty from vague mandates and undefined enforcement protocols has driven business confidence to record lows, stalling investment and economic activity.

5.	Massive Cost Burden Across Systems
Depending on the region, businesses face a 20–300% increase in operational costs, particularly in low-capacity or high-regulation sectors.

Final Conclusion:
If passed as written, the ESUA bill would force large-scale restructuring of the Republic economy, risk triggering a recession, increase job losses, and further drive up prices across the galaxy following recent shocks.
