Why does the Syriac Alexander Romance show that the sun sets in a fetid sea, while the Quranic version says it sets in a spring of hot or dark murky spring instead?
So I'm confused about how the Quranic version does not describe it as a sea, but instead sets it in a spring. Could anyone clarify?
