How to make a Roger Rabbit puppet

I have a question if Roger Rabbt look like in Muppet/Puppet form. Would he be a rod hand puppet or a live-hand puppet?

Tell me in the comments below on what puppet the toon rabbit should be and what materials should I use to make it.
