Issues with recent order

I have been having so many issues with my order from this drop. I ordered 2 min after the drop time and had to email Rhode to even ship my order. It says it has been shipped since the 18th but won’t update at all😭 i emailed again and still have not heard back. Just wanted to vent because this is so frustrating!!! and i’m jealous seeing everyone else’s orders. Lol
