Is there a way to be afk in grow a garden without macro?

I just want to know if there is a workaround ou a way for me to afk in grow a garden (no macros, just afk for mutations). I guess i can just put a weight on my space bar so it jumps automatically but is there a built in way like idk a tile that makes my charavtwr move or bounce automatically?
