Dog not dogging after getting fixed

Brought my puppy home from the vet today after getting her fixed. She didn’t wear a cone on the way home (doctor’s recommendation) and when I put the cone on, it’s like she forgot she was a dog and just stood there. Little while later we feed her and she just stands in place. Like a statue we had to bring the food-bowl to her before she started moving. Same deal when we took her outside to go body she just stood there stock still in the grass as we tried to get her to go to the bathroom. Is this normal?
