Why is this happening to my supports?

I've been using the same support settings for a while now and have been very happy with the results. However, after not printing for a few weeks (and winter coming on, so maybe temperature is the problelm?) I'm getting the following.

The issues are only happening recently and only happening on the supports, any parts of the models that have printed have been fine.

They are doing two things, the first is they are kind of birds nesting but that's not the right term. Image better showing what's what is here

Second I'm getting breaks in the layers. Image of the problem is here.

I looked through a few of the "common issues" websites and it doesn't look like anything on there.

I'm using a Bambu A1 Mini if that makes any difference. Happy to upload all my settings if that will help but this hasn't been happening before so i thought I'd check to see if anyone had anything quick for me to look into.
