I'll bite. What in particular is going down in Daraa?

The LCC's claimed that rebels captured a few army posts in a town just outside of Daraa city on Monday, but apart from that I haven't heard anything, and the media isn't particularly helpful at the moment, for obvious reasons. What's going on?
