Saltwater pier/jetty fishing recommendation

My two sons have been super into fishing recently and i want to upgrade their setups just trying to find some gear that will last them for a while. We've been going to a pier recently using live crabs/green backs/pilchard targetting snook/grouper/snappers. My oldest recently bought a kastking sharky3 baitfeeder and the reel in 2 months of use has just fell apart and my youngest has a $50 walmart combo.

I am looking to spend about $150 each, most fishing will be at a pier and jetty in Florida. Any recommendations?
