Uni of London Bsc Professional Accountancy

So as far as I understand, you still have to complete the first 8 papers and then you can enroll in the BSc , same as it was with the Oxford Brooks degree. However you have to take classes for 1 year for the Uni of London degree for 1 year, what I want to know is whether you have to attend classes online in real time, or does the online learning consist only of self paced study, like lectures and notes they upload and you can view them anytime. This is really important to me because I will need to work while I study for the degree, and I will be doing shift work, I will not be able to fit my work schedule around the degree if there are specific times where you have to be online for the classes.
