Hello, New Azur Lane player here. I just had two question real quick I was hoping you guys could answer for me?

Is there a way to see what ship girls I can get on a specific banner at the time of me pulling? (I've done like 100 pulls on special and I swear I keep getting the exact same Elites and Super Rares on it.)

If I try to purchase a skin that's not currently in the shop, will it go through or will it deny me?
