Apart from main expansions, whats the best to get out of LW2, LW3, LW4 & IBS ?

one and a half month in this game, i don't really know what expansions offer what, i see that i can buy it with gems itself but i don't really know which one offers the best currency or events. I cant really afford all at once. Should i get them in order ?
