Frail Momentum mod

There's actually no reason to use this mod. Shotgun barrage give 90% fire rate, or you could get the same fire rate but with less damage. You could put both on a shotgun ig? But all of the other corrupted fire rate mods give a significant increase over their normal counterparts. This doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, I just thought it was strange and decided to shed some light on it.
