Identify Power Resistor Values

I have a pair of power resistors on the AC side of a power electronics PCB for a home amplifier. I’m replacing them due to downstream component failures which have damaged these resistors. The colour code appears to be either: Brown|Black|Brown|Brown = 100 Ohm Or: Brown|Black|Gold|Gold = 1 Ohm The colours are not very readable possibly due to the excessive heat. Both resistors measure at exactly 5.4 Ohms via multimeter, which is confusing as the colour code does not reflect this, though the heat damage may have affected this.

Would really appreciate if someone could provide some advice in identifying the values.
