Empty Privacy Settings and Server error on desktop

Hi,

I'm constantly getting "We had a server error..." when I click my profile icon and when I go to Settings -> Privacy section, the page is empty. Please help as I need to update my privacy settings. I've tried incognito on chrome, new profile, Edge browser but nothing works.
