Question

Hello everyone, I’m going back and fourth with this one “manufacturer” on Alibaba and after waiting 4 days they informed me that they are “out of stock” with some items. I requested new items and they told me to wait another day. If this normal or am I dealing with an agent or manufacturer getting it from somewhere else. I was confused that on their page the items are in stock and not out of stock.
