Any competive mouse that feels like the basilisk hyperspeed?

Usually play cs2. My basilisk hyperspeed is getting old and its not really competitive for cs. I bought the deathadder v4 pro but it feels to light for me and my ringfinger tends to get numb after a while. Are there any mouses which are a little bit heavier and better grip?
