I’m so confused

I have bought 7 labubus total from pop now, three have been shipped and the other four are still processing. Now the confusion comes in because I have a labubu coming up in the cancelled section. I ask customer support and they say I cancelled the order myself which I have not. The order number, hints and box number also doesn’t match up with any of the orders processing. What does it mean??
