Leveling to 100

So Im running T13-16 maps right now trying to grind for level 100 and it just feels like an awful, grueling experience. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there a better way to farm the experience? Im level 93 right now and overall, just kinda struggling pushing much farther with endgame.
