Haunting misfire

Hi everyone, i have been working on my E90 for a couple months now, and I’m beginning to finish up.

However every time i seem to replace something my engine light always comes back on typically with a misfire from cylinders 4-6.

Here’s a list of what I’ve done:

Valve cover gasket Intake manifold gasket Spark plugs Ignition Vanos Solenoid Throttle body gasket.

I’ve done pretty much all the maintenance to avoid it.

Recently I posted a video on here and was worried about my torque converter. Could the torque converter be causing these problems?

Im sorry if these questions come off stupid, im just learning.
