International out of Charlotte (CLT)

Working on a booking out of the US. I can route from TYS to Miami or CLT. CLT is a 40 minute layover, Miami is 45. CLT is $200 cheaper per ticket but warns me of a 'tight' connection time. I'm familiar with the Miami AA terminal and have made this flight before, no issue. I am not familiar with CLT and wonder if I can make it from a regional gate to an international one in time?
