Bonjour? Program Compatibility Assistant?

Open | Software

So every time i boot my pc either right after or sometime throughout my session of use this window opens the source of it or application i guess is named Program Compatibility Assistant. It's message says

This module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority.

\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll

For more information on why this module has been blocked, click "Learn more'.

clicking learn more directs me to a windows support page about "Device Security in the Windows Security App". It specifically pulls me lower on the page to the security processor paragraph. I'm not really sure why this message keeps happening all I've seem to learn is that "Bonjour" is some kind of software that enables zero configuration networking. It's used for apples devices preinstalled but can also be used on Windows as its a dependency for apple products on Windows, i.e Safari, Apple Music, iTunes...etc. I have used apple music on my PC before but i don't exactly understand what this message means and why. Any advice?
