35M Looking for some company while I work from home

Hey there! It's a super slow day at work today. Luckily I'm working from home! So how about we chat for a while? F is preferred, but it's whatever.

I'm a huge nerd. Generally I'm into stuff like video games, some anime, movies, sci fi, etc. I've also been playing guitar for 20 years and singing for 9 years! Personal health is super important to me too. I go to the gym every day. Gotta do what I can to stay in shape (although I still have a bit of a Dad bod)

I'm pretty much good to chat with anybody. I'm not really picky about age but I'd prefer someone between say, 18 and 50. I do have a bit of a flirty personality. So if you can roll with that then great! (But it's no big deal if you're not into that.)
