Can't tell if boyfriend's being mean or joking

Not gonna say ages and specifics cause he's chronically online and might see this post. But he's constantly giving me the silent treatment and leaving me on read for hours just to respond 'shut the fuck up' to my texts. I mean sometimes he'll jokingly be mean but when he says stuff like shut up I can't tell if he's joking or not. He also friended a bunch of girls on his fake acc on facebook (Not trying to snoop, they just come up on my recommended). Made a fake Snapchat account too that he thinks I don't know about when it's literally under his fake facebook name and comes up on my recommended🫤

Everytime I go to his house he just wants to make out and stuff then when I tell him I don't want to sometimes, he's just like 'Whatever' and ignores me until then.

I haven't asked him about it cause I don't want him to turn it around on me or get mad at me, but idk what to do. I'm scared of confrontation. We've been together almost 3 months.
