Moving to Boxford, North Andover, Stow, Littleton, or Harvard Massachusetts

My family is considering a move to the far suburbs/ex-urbs of Boston. We're visiting Boxford, North Andover, Stow, Littleton, and Harvard next week. Any suggestions on what to see in these places? Any plugs for one of these towns over the other for a family with two young kids (under 5)? My wife and I both work from home and are trying to get close to family in Winchester. There's nothing anchoring us to any one of these towns in particular other than price and proximity to family (Winchester and its environs are too expensive for us). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
