I need help with my yawgmoth thran physician deck

Hi i am fairly new to mtg ,i decided to build a yawgmoth deck as my first deck as i loved the final fantasy through the ages version of him.

I need some help with deciding what cards to cut from the deck and what cards to add in instead.
