Captive medicare Agent selling advanced market on the side
So I'm curious as to if captive agencies will catch wind and terminate me if I run a small financial coaching business on the side. I don't plan to write business on my own pen, but have my partner 10-99 me for client meetings that I facilitate. I work for a big name insurance company and signed a Conflict of interest acknowledgement that basically says I can't write any life business outside of their scope. I plan to stay compliant and give the company the life business I generate using their resources but any friends and family outside of their network I'd like to run through another sales process.
In someone else's experience, has this been done before and worked? Or do the captive companies always find out if you're making income on the side?
