### Intro
This got deleted on the amcstock subreddit for breaking a rule so I've decided to go ahead and make a new subreddit dedicated to my weekly GEX posts, volatility charts, etc.

A dedicated place to get informed on options risks and playing them, no rules, politics or dogma - just no biased risk analysis 🧠

### Begin
Last week, we saw $AMC volatility continue to revert back to its mean which reflected the short-volatility risk that some of you heard about, after DM'ing me, asking me, what to do with your calls.

I was blunt. Dump them and even go short calls with like weeklies. You got to flow with the volatility risks when playing options.

I'm swamped at work but I have it on my to do list to write DD to go over these things a bit more.. but when short volatility is the risk, the biggest battery or biggest cluster tends to act like a magnet to price over time 🧲

That's why we saw $3.50 a bunch last week but the biggest battery changed. Let's get into that by analyzing the volatility environment risk, which is represented here, in part, with Gamma Exposure (GEX).

> Data changes day to day and intraday so please only use the latest data 🥺

The GEX Levels chart looks at the closest expiring $GME options' exposure on market makers, to visualize the potential hedging by their bots at specific prices to buy $GME below (support 💪) and short above (resistance ✊).
GEX Overview ☢️

Net Total GEX is currently positive 🟢

Therefore, market makers are net short $GME volatility (they will buy dips and short rips to dampen realized volatility, in favor of their books, based on this exposure).
### Friday's current main GEX Levels 🔍
 - ✊ $3.50 resistance
 - 🔋 $3.00 biggest battery
 - 💪 $3.00 support

### Gamma Ramps 🚀
 - none

### Gamma Breaks 🛑
 - 🟢 $3.50 ✋ $4.50

### Gamma Clusters 🧲
 - none

### Side note
There's a lot going on this week. Earnings of multiple S&P 500 tech companies, tarrifs Aug 1st and FOMC on Wednesday ⚠️

As per the volatility risk now, it's currently short-volatility that is decreasing volatility. It's not very strong but that's what it currently is.

Could see channel bound price action for a bit 🟡

The biggest battery does change going forward but that's all I'm willing to say publicly.
