Job Search Tips for getting calls. Having almost 3 yrs of work exp and trying to switch jobs for good time now.

Hi all, I work for a good product based company in India and have been trying to switch jobs for quite sometime with applying on LinkedIn, company portals as well as updating profile and being active on Naukri. But, nothing seems to be working as I am not receiving any calls. Any tips on what i can do better to increase my chances of getting calls from recruiter and getting an interview ?
