Next upgrades for my CWS 2.0 chieftain?

Recently switched to 2.0 unheart, looking for where my next upgrades are. I think the most glaring is getting the remaining 70% ignite chance from tattoos, bosses would be much easier.

I'm also looking to expand strategies besides ultimatum, so any advice is welcome :)
