Warp interaction with blinking on end step

Hi all,

I’m looking to build a [[Niko, Light of Hope]] deck and had a few questions on how blinking works. With the new warp mechanic, blinking that creature means it won’t warp to exile at the end step but I had a question on if I have something like [[teleportation circle]] that blinks on end step, could i then blink the warp creature before their ability goes on the stack? or will it warp to exile before [[teleportation circle]] triggered ability goes onto the stack. similarly, if i have [[niko, light of hope]] use their ability to blink a creature and then it comes back at the end step, could i then blink it once again with something like [[teleportation circle]] or would it also be too late?
