UHHHH SOO I NEED TO HAVE A BLOOD TEST IN LIKE AN HOUR BUT I HAVENT HAD ONE SINCE I WAS 8.. because of a fear of needles

So I actually haven’t had any kind of needle inserted into me for like almost a decade andddd now im 16. Idk if I’ll be okay bro.. when I was 10 I went to this program for people scared of needles as well, and when they held it up to my skin just to like see if I was afraid my eyes just started tearing up out of nowhere. I know I was literally 10 years old, but that’s the thing. I’m literally almost 17. What if that shit happens today?
